As Accounts senior your duties will include a wide range of accounting tasks primarily the preparation of financial statements for our varied client base of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies.

The role will involve extensive client interaction and so good communication skills are a must.

In house training and development will be offered as standard.

The ideal candidate will be:

• Be AAT qualified/ equivalent or qualified by appropriate experience. Minimum 3 years in practice required.
• Work from our office based in Whitby, as part of a well established busy accountancy practice.
• Have good IT skills, use of Microsoft excel, word, outlook.
• Experience with bookkeeping software such as Xero and sage is preferred.
• Have a full valid UK driving licence.
• Be a driven individual with good organisational skills as well as communication skills.
