We are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic person to join our team as a part time receptionist/administrator at our office in Middlesbrough.
The responsibilities of the role include; greeting and directing visitors, answering and forwarding incoming calls, as well as sorting mail and franking post. Other duties include ordering stationery, keeping the reception area tidy, and offering administrative support to colleagues as and when needed.
As the first point of contact for our clients, applicants need to be professional in both attitude and appearance. The ideal candidate would have strong written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office programs, and good organisational/ time-management abilities.
Experience is not essential, but familiarity of a similar customer service role would be an advantage.
Salary and days worked are negotiable, and working hours are 9am – 5pm (expected to be 3 week-days per week).
